Franz is an experienced real estate developer and certified broker with an international business background and network. Franz was deployed to China for the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the assignment to promote Denmark’s position in sustainable construction and architecture.
Partner and Chief Financial Officer responsible for the financial strategy and operations. Christian is educated accountant with many years of experience in real estate development and construction, contributing expertise in financial management, risk assessment, and investment analysis, backed by a strong industry knowledge.
Partner and Chief Executive Officer. Jesper is responsible for the technical development and execution of Opus Urban’s construction projects. With a background as certified building constructor and extensive experience in construction contracts and project management, Jesper plays a key role in project execution and in validating new technologies and solutions in practice.
